Introductory call
The initial conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please provide notice so the time can be released or rescheduled.
Discovery and booked tests
Fees and rescheduling rules are provided before confirmation. Unless another agreement applies, a session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. A later change may require payment for reserved and prepared time.
Project changes or cancellation
Animation and rigging projects reserve production time and may involve completed artwork preparation, rig logic, scene setup or testing. The written project agreement controls cancellation, milestones, accepted work and any non-refundable deposit. Contact us promptly if scope or timing changes.
Refund assessment
A refund is not automatic after agreed work has started or a digital deliverable has been accepted. Where a refund is required by law or agreed in writing, it is returned using an appropriate method after completed work, committed costs and applicable rights have been reviewed.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the project reference, requested change and relevant dates. We will confirm receipt and identify the agreement and completed work that govern the request.
